"The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. Ours had rust stains around the drain, and the stopper was not in place dirt in the corners. The headboard was old Naga Hyde, fake leather? And it was peeling into the bedsheets at one point I thought it was bugs until I realized what it was. The staff extremely helpful and friendly, lobby, breakfast amenities, or excellent."

"The room smelled like cat. The sheets and pillowcase were stained. The pillowcase looked like it had fresh makeup on it, but the linens hadn’t been changed. The wallpaper was peeling off and was hooked back on with a thumbtack. The staff gave me a key card out of the return key in without sanitizing it or anything just reset it. I was never given the Wi-Fi password. If I would’ve had any other option, I would’ve left."

"The staff was extremely nice and always willing to help. The woman working breakfast was just fantastic. Rooms were clean and adequate. I felt that our charge for the room was very fair. Our only concern was area seems to be changing. Closed businesses or ones that usually come in when decline begins. "

"The room initially was pretty clean the staff however was an adequate unprofessional lack hospitality and the willingness to serve the pool was nonexistent due to it not being open and had not been approved by the state the breakfast was basically nonexistent due to the lack of staff Manning the breakfast area making sure supplies as well as food was adequate hot and available overall service was terrible management was nonexistent and not available for concerns of the customers during the day...

" Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed).
