"Fue un viaje muy corto, sólo una noche, sin embargo lo bello de la ciudad, lo bonito del hotel y lo amable del personal invitan a regresar. No hay nada que pensar, cuando vuelva me quedaré nuevamente aquí. Excelente ubicación (todo queda caminando!), comida deliciosa y un servicio extra amable. ¡¡Gracias por todo!!"

"El lugar supero mis espectativas. Muy lindo, muy limpio, la pisina grande, y no tan profunda. No tiene calefaccion la pisina, pero con el calor de Merida, pues refresca. La atencion de los muchachos, es muy buena, muy amables y serviciales. El desayuno un 11 de 10, variado, y delicioso. El cuarto muy comodo, y limpio, siempre encontraras botellas de agua gratis. La ubicacion es lo mejor, cerca del centro, y cerca de Paseo Montejo. Volvere mil veces. Recomendado."

"Our stay was amazing and better than expected. The place is new and very well maintained. Location is a walking distance from amazing restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Parking is available on the street but a private parking for the hotel is also provided if needed. The staff were super helpful. They assisted with anything we asked including food advice and places to visit which all turned to be superb. Would repeat the stay if we ever visit Mérida again. Keep up the good work."

"Staying at this property was wonderful. From the moment I arrived and received a very warm welcome at reception, to the equally warm thank you I received while leaving, all of the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and there was always someone around and available if I had any questions about local services. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, even the buffet style breakfasts served on the weekends, and the waitstaff was gracious. Cleaning of the rooms and maintenance of the grounds...

"The place is very well located close to all the touristic attractions, bus stops, any kind of stores and a market and most importantly to the city events. The staff is friendly but make sure you understand each other well if you ask for extra cleaning. The appartment has all the minimum necessary appliances. The only missing thing is the toilet seat :) Would be great to have it installed."

"This is a lovely property and the pool felt great in the heat. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Contrary to the hotels.com profile, there is no complimentary continental breakfast. There is an american or a la carte breakfast for cost. Parking is off-site. The street feels a little sketchy at night, for solo travelers. "
