"The location is great for visiting Vienna. The front desk were helpful but they were not at the dedk at all times. The room was clean and nice. There was no temperature control units in the room and we had to regulate temperature with opening and closing the windows. Considering that the hotel is near a busy street, the noise was s big issue when the windows were open. We also encountered a towel with a hole in it, which is definitely not a deal breaker but it was a bit out of character for such a hotel."

"All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable, although it would have been nice to have a drawer or two for storing clothes, etc. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is within easy walking distance of many museums, restaurants, shops and public transportation. The breakfast buffet is excellent with plenty of choices to suit any taste."
