The floor I was on was also under renovation with dirty carpets and electrical wires sticking out of the walls everywhere. "Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again."

"They have the best hotel breakfast I've had in Utah. Everything was clean, the food was fresh and well-stocked, and there was always plenty of variety. We keep returning because the property is accessible for my mom, who has difficulty with stairs and long walks. "Took the blanket off the made bed in our ‘clean’ room and it had two dirty socks and some small pieces of garbage on top of the sheet. On top of that even though the hotel is newer, it’s already getting rundown, nothing is maintained, toilet seats are broken and yellow, and black mold-looking stains on the ceilings above the shower.
