"For our first time in Florence, the staff was exceptionally accommodating. They directed us to everything we needed at every turn. The hotel restaurant had a fantastic breakfast buffet! Overall this was a very memorable family vacation and much of it had to do with the hotel amenities and staff!"

"Reserved months in advance for a May stay. Minutes walk from S.M. Novella train station, major sites, central market and restaurants / shopping. The buildings is 14th-century old, with thick walls, high ceilings and atmosphere. That is part of its charm. Nevertheless, the beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was modern, the breakfast buffet was beyond simple continental, and the staff was professional, attentive and friendly. We will stay there again."
