"In a quiet residential area and yet we were close enough to nearly everything to walk. Excellent reception staff and someone available 24/7. I have Parkinson’s and they went out of their way to help me. This included assistance when I found the heavy doors hard to cope with including coming to take my case and other things down to the taxi in the early hours of the morning.
