"The room was clean and modern and the amenities were fine. However the service provided was sub par. Running out of toilet roll, and soap. One day we had no housekeeping at all. On that particular day we’d ran out of shower soap and when it was replaced house keeping would have had to step over dirty towels to replace it and just left them as they were! We had to ask for fresh towels. Some towels also had hair balls on unfortunately."

"The best thing about this hotel was definitely the customer service. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They gave us great directions, answered all of our questions, and constantly checked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. The location is also very convenient.
