From check in till check out we had the most enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and we got upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Room which was huge. The amenities are of a very high quality. Small details such as a shower with all electronic controls were very sophisticated. Housekeeping ensured a lovely turn down every day. Concierge and reception staff were very friendly and informative.

We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily.The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.

Lovely hotel, quite old-fashioned in operation (have to hand key in every time you go out), but lovely staff, great location, and the superior double was a huge room with separate clothing store/wardrobe room, big bathroom, comfy sofa, large bed. The hotel is in an extremely convenient location for transport links and easy to reach from the airport. Staff were all very pleasant, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Breakfast buffet very good, I would definately stay here again .
