Easy to walk to city center and ok public transport as well coming near the location. It was positive to have an ac machine that cools the room, but since it was not integrated, made lot of noise and was put to window so you can't close it, it made sleeping without earplugs impossible due to constant noise coming...

We kept things closed up during the day and then opened windows at night.
