"Nice location and staff, however very poor housekeeping, dust, shower wasn’t working properly, the toilet seat cracked and the reading light in kids room lose. On top of that surprise visit in our bedroom, someone managed to open our bedroom hotel while we were getting ready to go out!!!!"

"Lovely hotel in excellent location, only within 10minute walk to main pedestrianised shopping street by St Stephen’s Cathedral. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were very lucky to get a room upgrade when we checked in. Room was very spacious, clean, modern with super king size bed! Coffee and water replenished in room each day. Breakfast was good (more cold, continental options than hot options available) but more than enough to fuel for the morning. Excellent hotel, would highly...
