"Our electric at home went out during some storms & my husband was away at work so it was just my son & I who stayed in the room. Upon arrival the front desk needed more than the $300 my husband just paid ($75 for incidentals) crazy bc his card wouldn't go thru again bc it looked like a scam bc it was and the girl waived it after 30 mins of trying to put it in. Let ppl know before they get there don't surprise them by asking for more money. I'm standing in the lobby with my kid super embarrassed bc his card won't go thru again for the 75 bc he just the paid 300. We were in a room upstairs (200s) and there was no Internet. It would come on for a min the disconnect. After 2 hr of that I called the front desk for a different room and I was told to connect in the hallway lmao so embarrassing and I paid 300 to be in that room. No tub. Stand up shower that leaked all over the bathroom floor when on. The breakfast was a joke. Hard bread and yogurt. No bacon no eggs no coffee just juice & water. If there was another room anywhere in Newark or Heath I wld have left and asked for a refund. I do not recommend. Never stay here, there is 100% something else better out there, do not go here."
