"I had reserved a King Suite with Sea View for our 30th wedding anniversary. When I arrived, the room only had a partial view of the sea through trees. Very disappointed that they advertised this room falsely. The manager at the front desk said there were no other rooms available for us to switch. The weather was hot and we set the air conditioner at the lowest setting (67) but it did very little to lower the temperature. "We stayed for three nights and didn't receive fresh towels the entire time. The parking was limited. Other than those two areas the stay was nice. The room was clean and set up nicely with a kitchenette and a nice AC unit. The view from our room was great looking out at the water. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Property has loads of character and we were glad we checked it out. For price point, I’d expect a bit more. Wouldn’t take much to improve such a gorgeous piece of property. Check in host was kind but next morning I got snapped at for requesting coffee at 7:05 because they don’t open until 7 (and coffee was just dirty dish water, I recommend packing your own coffee). "It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel. "This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...
