"I loved the room..It's big and spacious. Bigger than in pictures..I was pleasantly surprised. The ONLY negative thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the check-in. I arrived in a taxi..When I arrived and my escorted from the taxi the concierge asked which tower I was in. When I told him Ocean Tower, he explained that was the furthest one, handed me my luggage and gave me directions. I got so lost, it was another customer who ultimately helped me find where to go. I think there should be...

"It’s the first time for me and this hotel has many great stuff. Rooms are very clean and other amenities are also great. The sauna is complimentary for registered hotel guests. They also have open air public bath which is awesome! They have outdoor pool named, The Strand which you have to pay 24,000 won extra for daytime use (5 hrs) and its waters are so warm, it s a warm-water pool. They have a convenience store on lobby floor and There is a nice walking trail around the building."
