"We had a good stay with a clean room and the half-board really helped save time in trying to find food. The lifts are a lot busier and slower than our last visit - perhaps more people are now staying at the hotel. I also found it odd that they’ve removed the shower doors which leaves a lot of water pooling in the bathroom. Aside from these small issues, the place is great, staff are helpful, location is close enough to Haram. We were satisfied with our stay, thank you!"

"The room was clean and tidy including the bathroom. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. The distance to the premises of the Kaaba was reasonable. The price was really good/cheap. The only thing i don't like is the location on hill, but, they always are one call away to get you to/bring you back from the haram. I highly recommend this "
