"Everything was perfect "

"We stayed at Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale for two nights during NSU accepted student day and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, specious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast, free parking was a nice bonus with good variety. The location is convenient for both the airport and nearby attractions. We walked to Brio restaurant comfortably. My only issue was that they gave us a wheelchair accessible room, which was interesting because they have seen us that we don’t use wheelchair. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay—good value for the price."

"Not a fan I hate staying at places and it smells like cigarettes. Doesn’t look clean, needs a paint job, blowdryer didn’t work, door could hardly open, curtains looks old with a hole in it. Not a fan will not return. "

"Beds were terrible. We didn't sleep the 2 days we were there. Staff were ok. The hotel was very shabby. They did not clean rooms at all and when we asked for clean towels it was like we were a burden. Shampoo and soap was out when we got in the room and they said they have no one to refill it that they don’t have staff on the weekends. Very unacceptable.Breakfast was just ok. Could of been a lot better."

"Do not stay here. For the price you can stay at the Marriott which is so much cleaner. Dirty people all around, service is terrible and it is super dirty and smell. DO NOT STAY HERE "

"Quick overnight trip so didn't check out hotel amenities. Check-in and out seamless. Clean comfortable room and everything worked! Kudos to Wendy at front desk, she is a true brand ambassador!"
