Was clean had everything we needed - literally felt and smelled brand new. Locations is about 12 mins to most things so for us far enough away from the touristy tap felt more like a place we owned than rented for a few days . Would absolutely stay again. Process beginning to end was smooth and easy . Amenities on the property were great for families .

The apartment was well stocked. The body wash container in the bathroom was empty but other than that great. Plenty of nice towels and we were able to wash them when we ran out.

When we arrived the unit had not been cleaned unbeknownst to the owner. However, when I called, they immediately sent someone to clean the unit. We were also compensated for the inconvenience. The unit itself is very nice, modern, and the quality was excellent. The kitchen, however; did not have any sharp knives, contrasted with about 10 pieces of each silverware. Considering there was 4 plates, 4 saucers, and 4 bowls. Setting for 4 people and silverware for 10. We enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable. I recommend it.

The property is fine but when I arrived I saw a trash violation noticed on the door im just checking into get inside the apartment looks nice until a hr later when I opened the trash can & it was full of trash it was late so I called & explain the situation to my contact person she then states that she was aware of the trash violation on the previous renters & told me to put the trash can outside the door that she would have someone take care of the trash no one removed the trash but instead kept applying violation sticker on the door the entire time I stayed i called the contact lady on Friday left a message and got no response

1. Customer Service are really not good at all. They said one thing and the other one's said another thing. 2. Management not helping. 3. Refrigerator is asking for the water filter. 4. A/C have issues. 5. They didn't left the parking permit, pool key and mail box key. I called the same day to notify them and they just said that the next day someone will bring me the missing items. Today is the 2nd day of my reservation and Im still waiting. 6. My car was towed. I was with no food and no water, with multiples health conditions. Also, I had an appointment for my treatment that I can'tattendfor this issue. I called multiples times and waited so long to someone help me with this situation. I went to the towing company, and the treated me with racism. The owner said that I can't be inside. I had to wait in the heat. I had to called the police, because they didn't want to give me my car. 7. Neighbors doesn't let me sleep.

Brand new space! We were the first to stay in our particular unit. Plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a split floorplan. In unit laundry and wrap around balcony were wonderful. Very nice kitchen and nicely stocked with everything we needed during our stay. A few kinks that need to be worked out, such as the 2 bedroom TVs couldn't connect to the internet to download any apps that we use (Netflix, Paramount, etc) so we could only watch them on the living room TV. Supposedly cable channels were available, but we couldn't figure out how to get any of that working. The community clubhouse with a fitness center was awesome. Make sure you check out the lobby coffee machine! It's wonderful!
