Outside pools were freezing. No towels in sight the first day. Slight grittiness to the room’s floor. Our feet were dirty a lot just from walking around. We wore shoes inside. One of the ladies at the desk was very nice. The bar/restaurant food was delicious.

Staff was fantastic, slides were a hit with kids. Some draw backs: small fridge, did not receive fresh room towels, and electronic key entry broke down twice (super frustrating experience). Hope they can fix that issue. Otherwise it was a great stay

Ocean was visible and it was beautiful. Rooms were clean and staf was very nice and always helpful. The indoor pool wasn't working but it was warm enough to be outside.

We had a partial ocean view which was great! The room was nice too, the only thing was that there was sand in the sheets before we used them as if they hadn’t been washed. The ceiling is also kind of short which made it tight in the shower but it was nice!

The hotel location was great, nice pool amenities with an adult pool. Beautiful views of the ocean. Very nice restaurant with great food. Front desk staff was great including Denise and Susan. The only negative comments would be that the rooms are outdated, including the bathroom. Also, we were told housekeeping would be daily and they only came once in 5 days. I called each day to ask them to dump trash and they never did. We needed to call for new towels and rather than come into the room they opened the door and dropped off a big bag of towels on the floor.

Ocean visible from balcony, friendly staff, property outdated but clean. Although the area was ideal & felt safe. The balcony door lock was lose and the extra lock for the room door was broken.
