The room was clean, view was over the pool and that meant it was quite noisy but we only stayed a night. The main issue for us, was the fact that the property calls itself pet friendly but actually our dog wasn’t allowed anywhere outside the room. Breakfast is way too expensive for what is offered.

I loved that I could bring my pets with me. Also, I have enjoyed having a n adult pool separate from the kids area, it made a huge difference for relaxing. I loved the fact you could sit in the pool and could hear the waves from the ocean. You could see the ocean from the room. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only negative thing I could mention is its proximity to the airport and the noise from the air planes landing or takeoff. But to be fair it was not constant noise and too frequent. Overall, I would definitely recommend and stay there again. I am looking forward to the next time! Respectfully, Joanna

The hotel is nice and well-located, with restaurants very close by. The only downsides are that the elevators are dirty, the hallways need cleaning, and there is a lack of staff in the pool area—kids do whatever they want, and no one says anything. On top of that, they charge $35 a day to use the pools and $19 a day for parking. Breakfast isn't included. Personally, I won't be coming back.

I would give this property a 5 star review if you didn’t have to pay a $35 resort fee and then not be able to use the amenities for almost an entire day because there was lightening in the area. However even when the sun came back out they didn’t reopen anything. So basically for most of a beautiful day we couldn’t use any pool including the indoor ones. It literally rained for 30 (1-1:30) mins and they closed everything for hours-11:30am to 6:30pm. Otherwise this is the best property in Myrtle beach-clean, comfy, lots to do and very nice staff. Close to everything. Would stay here again and hope they wouldn’t pull the same stunt again with the amenities.

The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.

My absolute favorite place; always clean, and the staff is very friendly. There is absolutely no reason to leave the resort, unless you’re just wanting to checkout the area.

Loved the pool options! The water slide was a big hit even with my teenager and the adult pool was perfect when I wanted a little bit of quiet. The hotel restaurant was convenient with great breakfast options. The room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. My daughter is starting in college nearby this fall and this will be our go to place to stay!

Nice hotel although the pictures make it look more modern/updated than it actually is. I appreciate that there was an adults-only pool. The slide was a lot of fun. The lazy river was kind of underwhelming bc there is not current. The on-site restaurant was not very good and had extremely limited options. Service was also slow. Front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful. There’s not much happening in the area around the hotel but that’s fine by me.
