"Room was clean and nice ocean front location. Bed wasn’t comfortable but everything else was nice other than check in. We came in time and they told us our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait for hour for them to clean our room. I had to ask if it was ready for them to let me know bc they weren’t communicating. The drop off and pick up for valet is excellent!! Loved the decor of the room and washer and dryer. Beds need replaced bc they are old"

"We stayed the night in the middle of July- very busy. Valet (only parking) is convenient & you can have your car pulled up before you get to the front door. There’s 4 elevators- you’ll most likely have a wait.. Something worth noting- guest services is on the 3rd floor. There’s limited directory signs for the elevators- take a photo of the one on the ground floor. Arcade is not worth it. Free breakfast was good, also a huge selling point- but even on a Tuesday morning it was extremely busy....

"Great location, but some service gaps Stayed three nights and the highlight was definitely how easily accessible the beach was — a huge plus for our family. A few things fell short, though. Laundry and breakfast aren't included, which would've been nice to know upfront. The dryer in the laundry room was out of order during our stay. Housekeeping didn't remove trash daily, so I had to call the front desk each time and set the trash outside myself. On top of that, I wasn't given a trashbin cover...
