"Overall the hotel was a great experience. The only ding I had was the elevator. We were there for 6 days and only one elevator worked. For the last two days the working elevator would violently shake while moving and at one point the doors didn’t open fully at first for us. Others said that the broken elevator had been down since January. So the wait to ride it was long and the obvious safety issue was a real concern. They kept making excuses but they had multiple days to fix it with no real plan to do so. Again, the rest of the stay was great, just FIX THE ELEVATOR for safety’s sake!"

"The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were clean. There was no water pressure though in the shower. The carpet in the spiraling staircase downstairs was worn. The drinks at the bar were great. The food at breakfast was excellent. And the location can’t be beat."

The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and everything felt like it was at a very high standard. We truly enjoyed our time here and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily come back again!"
