"Convenient, beautiful location near the river, playground, and local cafes, breweries, and bike hire. Clean, well-equipped and cozy townhouse cabin for 1-2 families or up to 6 people. We thoroughly enjoyed a restful 3-night stay to explore Bright and 1 nearby mountain. Staff and other holiday makers were very friendly. Coffee cart available on-site is a nice meeting space although Nespresso equipment and macoona instant coffee were available in cabin. BBQs throughout and large family games room....

"The cheap price was the main reason we chose to stay at the Grand Oaks, although I don't know if I would've booked there, had I known it's on the same property as the old (haunted) asylum. My husband thought it was hilarious, and I, admittedly was a little scared at first but the room was cozy, so felt safe inside. The room was tiny but big enough for us and we could unfortunately hear every single noise our neighbours made, including some serious snoring, throughout the night. Overall the Oaks...

"no allocated parking and basically had to run down stairs when someone moved their car to get a decent spot. remainder of cars had to park on the road. car park was dimly lit which is scary for an older single female. grey slate stairs to get to upstairs room were also dimly lit and quite dagerous for visually impaired people. panel wall heater would not work and no electric blanket but fortunately i had my own heater in the car"
