"Me and my friends had a short stay at budget inn (3 nights), but we got that hotel because was one with hot tub, and guess what? It wasn’t working! Not getting hot at all. Also, one of the breakfasts had a problem that the wall where the machines for drinks was connected wasn’t working, the lady that worked on the breakfast part was supper helpful putting a cord to make it work, I know it might not be a huge problem, but it was actually bad for us having that problem that day. "The room was clean. Our sliding glass door lead to a small patio and beach area. Beautiful view. Large hot tub, nice pool. Staff was excellent! My son left his wallet in the room, after checkout. They called us, we was literally crossing the Ohio state line. They shipped the wallet to us. He had over $300 cash. It arrived in the mail with everything in it. Highly recommend this stay!"

"What started as an overnight stopover ended up being a very enjoyable 5 day stay. The room we chose, a pet friendly one, had been completely remodeled, all modernized and immaculate. The grounds are well kept and plenty of room to walk our dog. The staff was courteous and pleasant and they have a very nice breakfast. "The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. Check-in and check-out were very quick. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely consider visiting again."

"Could I give less than zero stars? We did not receive the code for a/the-room at all, until hours after I called the owners number and left a message as the motel does not have a staff or an office! After a hour sitting in the parking lot trying to get help, we left. Wish it would be listed on the Expedia site that the motel is not manned at all. I also texted the owner with no reply. Called Expedia customer service.. what a joke. All they wanted us to do was sign up for a gift card...
