"This is a truly amazing hotel! There is 24/7 security, they screen guests and visitors well, 2 friendly front desk staff at all times. 5 maids clean your room in 5-10 minutes tops and you get 2 bottles of water and 2 rolls of toilet paper daily. The hot water and wifi work perfectly. The neighborhood is very calm and safe aswell. Grabs had no problem finding me."

"After 30 years of traveling and working in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say the service at this hotel was among the best I’ve ever experienced.
Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless, setting the tone for a very well-run operation. The activities desk was efficient and organized, with everything handled smoothly and right on schedule. The spa was top-notch and professionally managed, making for a truly relaxing experience.
