"This is the worse experience, they fixed the payment credit card, it didn’t work my three credit cards, because they wanted only cash I listed other customers with the same problem, finally a paid with cash, my room was like jail cell 8x5 , not a bathroom, not a single chair to sit on it , we had to put everything on the floor, the bank beds a nightmare, we share a bathroom,the bathroom 2.5x6ft , if you take a shower the toilet and the sink got wet , stairs to the second and 3th floors 6 inch...

"The mural in the bedroom wall was beautiful. The view of the street was perfect to relax and people watch. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Best beds in Europe. It was clean. Bakery next door. We did a tour all over Europe and this hotel was our favorite."

"Overall nice place to stay for cheaper than most other Amsterdam options. Some showers and sinks broken which limited facilities. Naturally no sound insulation at all between rooms and some seriously inconsiderate guests in the early hours. Temperature was good but I wouldn’t like to be there during summer, as it was on the warm side.
