Hotel severely understaffed, cannot cater for big groups and peak periods. Most staff are friendly, but service is severely slow! Rooms not serviced on some days to 4pm. Restaurants, food and drinks can take about an hour or more to get served or guests are turned down from restaurants whilst external visitors are catered. Children’s pool is not attended, incident with little girl requiring to be resuscitated. After incident, pool was still not manned by any life guards. Tour Management desk severely overpriced and overcharged us on transfers until brought to attention.
Hotel is equivalent to 5 star, however service is equivalent to 2-3 star. Fourth time in Fiji, first time in Crown, not a hotel we will be returning too.
