Everything was good, rooms are well maintained.
What i think that they could improve on is the swimming pool, water need a little bit of clean, that's from my point of view.

Stayed for 6 days in 2 bedroom apartment; didn't get cleaned once during our stay. Children enjoyed the pool - great to have hot water.
Room service was efficient.
Checking in/out was fine, terrible breakfast, room cleaning staffs were good with communication. Swimming pool is good. Shower and toilet very small, shower was licking from connection. Noise location.
I was mainly unhappy with breakfast.
Place was well kept and in close proximity to everything, easy to get around even by foot.
The only downside is that there can be a lot of noise from guests at the bar close to the reception. My only suggestion would be either keep the bar upstairs only or book a room away from main reception.
Otherwise the staff are so kind and always willing to help and make sure you’re enjoying your time in Fiji

The hotel is a moderate size, older hotel which is evident on its grounds. However, I could tell they work hard to maintain the grounds.
The room (108 - private room with private bathroom) I stayed in was freshly remodeled and really nice! My room had air conditioning, was clean & the bed slept comfortably.
This hotel has 2 pools with outdoor bathrooms & showers available near the main large pool & lobby. There is also a small cafe near the main pool that serves breakfast, lunch & dinner and very reasonably priced. They have a roof top bar & cafe upstairs which is very, very nice. They also have a covered bar located outside, near the main lobby area. There is a small spa & massage therapist a on site!! +added touch so you can really relax.
The staff are AMAZING & VERY KIND!! THEY ACTUALLY MAKE THE PLACE SPECIAL :)
Noy far from the airport. Dont let the taxi charge more than 20FJD. The breakfast should be until 10am and check out should be until 11am, but these are not the case so becareful as it is 10 am checkout at a lot of hotels. Quiet place which I have been to for many years. I think they should have kept the name of Nadi Bay Resort or called it Grand Nadi Bay. The bar on the roof area is well done and nice views. Cloe to resturants and shopping. Public Bus to downtown is 1 FJD so give it a try. No backpackers per se so it is quiet at night.
Stayed in 3 bed apartment. Very spacious and clean

The hotel itself was good, and I had a pleasant stay. However, my experience changed when I realised I had left an item behind and tried to contact the hotel.
Initially, my message was simply “liked” without any response. After waiting a few days and following up, I was eventually told that they would check with the housemaid and get back to me. This was last Saturday, and as of today, I still have not received any update or communication.
While I understand that these things can take time to investigate, the lack of communication and follow-up is disappointing and unprofessional. A simple update would have been appreciated, even if the item had not been found.
I believe the management needs to seriously look into their communication and customer service processes. Good hospitality is not just about the hotel itself—it is also about how guests are treated when they need assistance.
We had a wonderful 5-night stay at this resort in Fiji and would happily recommend it to other families.
Our flight arrived very early, so being able to check in well before the usual check-in time was such a great start to our holiday. We really appreciated how accommodating the staff were.
The staff throughout our stay were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Whether we needed recommendations on where to shop, places to eat, or things to do, they were full of helpful advice and always greeted us with a smile.
Our kids absolutely loved having a pool right beside our room. One of the highlights for them was making friends with the children from the family staying next door. They spent time chatting over the fence and even learned a few Fijian words, which made the experience even more special.
The three-bedroom unit was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Having a washing machine just outside the unit was incredibly convenient, especially when travelling with kids. We also enjoyed being able to stay in and cook dinner after a full day of exploring, as the unit had everything we needed to relax and unwind.
Another fun highlight was my husband buying a traditional kava bowl so he could mix and enjoy his own kava in our unit. It was a great cultural experience and made our stay even more memorable.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and left with wonderful memories. Thank you to all the staff for making our family holiday so enjoyable. Vinaka!

Staff were awesome it just needs to be updated now as still looks like 10-15 years building. But staff were sooo good with us.
Music too loud during PM hours, unable to sleep, complained to front desk twice with no action. Nil towels had to request for towels in room. Breakfast is very basic. One of the front staff members were not friendly.
1.foot path uneven.
2.Dinner facilities very poor felt unclean even the kitchen.
3.Rooms no chairs, coffee table the washing basin too small you can not fill water in the hot water kettle had use drinking glass to fill the kettle bed uncomfortable pillow too small, tolite and Barth room no exhaust fan , room not attended for clean up air-conditione water leak.
4.No lifts in the building stairs very narrow very hard to go up and down if you are carrying large bags.
5.Not enough towl provided in the rooms.
I am not going back to this site and also inform friends and family.
Weird configuration of furniture.
Whole place around pool needs a water blast which would make such a difference, also less bleach in pool. All grubby.
Air con in odd place in room
Light not working in bathroom.
A not happy happy hour. Not a happy lady and not happy price tags and a terrible cocktail.
What made it even more not great was the kava group, who were fine to start the evening with but then changed to a big group of older men, who weren't staying at the resort. Very loud.
Breakfast was the most basic too.
If you can look past all that the beds were comfy.
This place could be awesome if you sorted out few things.. like the pool and surrounding area.
Lights bouncing off the inner walls at 2 3 4 and 5 am from traffic, could use a sort out of the curtains and the broken bathroom window.
This resort is about half renovated. Some parts of the rooms are very nice and new, other parts are not finished yet. The staff were very friendly and nice. The restaurant has great food, very good prices. The food can take while to arrive if the restaurant is busy, but the food is worth it. This hotel doesn’t give pool towels and we found this a bit of a problem when the kids went to swim and then we had to exchange the wet towels for new ones and sometimes they didn’t have towels available for us so we needed to wait to shower. One suggestion for the hotel is to have more towels readily available for guests and also to properly stock rooms with hand towels, wash cloths and the proper amount of towels for the guests in each room to start the stay on a proper note. This hotel has a beautiful roof top bar with an ocean view and an airport shuttle that was extremely convenient and saved us a lot of money on taxi rides. The free breakfast is quite minimal but had delicious papaya and tea/coffee which was more than enough for me. I think when this resort is fully finished and stocked, we will definitely visit again. For the price of our stay, the hotel meet our needs and was in a safe and convenient location.
