Overall the hotel was fantastic. Friendly staff, good amenities, bars, restaurants. Fantastic main pool area which was great for kids. Close to the port and shops, golf club down the road. We went with the whole family and everyone had a great time.

The Waitui Beach Club Plus rooms are well worth the upgrade – every staff member went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing holiday (special shout-outs to Romeo, Mary, Sky and Elenoea from Waitui, as well as Fiu from the housekeeping team) and all the extra inclusions were fantastic. While there was a problem with the resort's air-conditioning system during our stay, we were provided with a fan to make the humid nights more bareable and it did not ruin our holiday at all.

We had an incredible stay at the Sofitel. We had a family room which was clean and quiet and had a view of the ocean. Staff were lovely and so helpful, always very friendly. Pool and amenities were also perfect, the pool was so clean and so many empty chairs to choose from. We had a small issue with our air conditioner breaking one night and they moved us to a new room immediately, they made everything so easy. Highly recommend, perfect for families.
