"Hotel looks great when you first walk in. Lobby is bright and clean. The rooms and floors above the main lobby are the opposite. Rooms are not clean, they don’t appear to be maintained. Towels look old and grey instead of white. No hot water so had to take cold showers. Housekeeping is hit and miss.
