"The hotel was generally really lovely, our family really enjoyed the food at both breakfast and dinner, good selection of hot savoury options, althought the breakfast pastries and cakes were awful, dry and hard, as if been left out all week and not a great selection of fresh fruit or dessert options. The views from our room and the communal areas are stunning when it's not too cloudy. However, the property is a little dated and the rooms could do with a little update. Also, we were extremely disappointed that we couldn't use the pool (particularly our 6 year old) as the water was extremely cold, even in the jacuzzi, and for a 6 year old to say it's too cold...means it's too cold!! Cheap spa options, however the therapist could really understand English very well and therefore didn't listen to my request of being careful of an injury, actually causing me pain. Overall I'd recommend, but definitely room for improvement."

"nice hotel with relaxing vibe. its a nice place to stay to hope to see distant himalayan views (it was cloudy both days i was there though, but i still enjoyed the stay). the hotel & restaurant staff (including rebecca, pramilla, deepa and others) are wonderful with always being helpful and pleasant. restaurant food was good with many cuisine options. try to get a room on a high floor, so you are above the adjacent building for a better view.
