"I was never able to get to the hotel due to road closures caused by flooding in the area. The hotel never communicated to me via any means before hand. I made multiple attempts trying to get to the hotel through different roads and all ended up being closed at a some point. The sun went down and it was very dark. "We really enjoyed our stay. Francisco was the best -very friendly, great service, and fantastic recommendations for dinner, boat tour, and other quintas to visit.
