"We stayed 4 nights in this hotel that made us felt welcome and safe. Reception staff is very helpful, amicable, respectful, and warm. They invest time and care in guests. The hotel is comfortable, very clean, with an excellent location, just a block from the Civic Center. Breakfast is continental plus! Lots of options to choose from. We had a good dinner one night that we didn’t go out. I recommend it!"

"Nos gustó todo! Lo cómoda de las habitaciones con estufa a leña, vista al lago y montañas, lo amplias que eran. El servicio super atentos. Desayuno muy rico. Creo que es un buen combo, calidad de servicio, cuartos tipo cabaña grandes."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great! Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning. Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future."
