"Let me tell you, this place is fantastic! There are several Lodging characteristics that I look for when choosing a place to stay. I am very particular about having certain items while traveling. I am a consummate way over packer due to this fact. (Camping electric stove burner, toaster, cups, ect. Can be found in my Luggage) This Hotel made me sorry that I over packed. They had everything that I needed!! And more!

"My stay here was simply amazing. Property could use a face lift but I’d still rate it a 5 star for services offered and security. We were booked for 17 days with my family and we were in and out between safaris etc. Affordable laundry services on site , affordable meals on site and convenience to malls etc. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. "
"This hotel has the friendliest and most helpful people working there. They all seemed to want to make our stay the best it could be. The hotel is so comfortable and welcoming and I loved it.
The one down side was the steak I ordered which was chewy and inedible - disappointing as it wasn’t at all cheap.

This was my second stay at Roma, and because of the kindness of the staff, I will revisit the property. It’s my home away from home! "Nice hotel, clean room. Good value for the price. The food was good. Great location, close to the city center. I stayed at the Heron for 11 days. I got to know some of the staff. Alex and Bob at reception were very kind, welcoming and helpful. The dinning/cafe staff, Daniel, Alex, Emily, Felix and Bashasha were courteous and friendly and great customers service. I would definitely stay at the Heron again."
