People were very kind and nice, I'd like to really emphasize that. Generally speaking, Kenyan people were just very professional and kind to me. I was disappointed because I was moved to twice to different rooms because of their condition. The biggest disappointment was the quality of bath water. I specifically chose this hotel because they had a nice tub... on my third room. But then the water was brown. I wasn't going to get sick. I would have chosen other 5-star hotel. And that's the thing... I don't think it's fair for them to claim the hotel as a 5-star. Breakfast was good enough, but again, water dispenser is brown... I didn't complain about the brown bath water because I knew they couldn't do anything about it over night. Cleaning people can also do a better job. I finally got a normal looking bathrobes in my third room, but the first room didn't have any, second room had a robe ripped... they did leave me more than enough water bottles everyday and again, all of them were very pleasant. I think they need a major renovation.

Hotel is located a short distance away from malls and the city pulse. Its a nice place to rest and come back strong. I used Über to travel everywhere. The hotel got a gate and a good pickup point just outside the lobby. Staff was friendly, always a smile no matter what time of the day.
Never encountered rules like this. Made me smile. Safety is important here
I wish I would have used the tub more.

This is a very nice place. My only complaints would be lack of hot water for the jacuzzi tub, outdated restaurant menus and lack of tv programs other than Indian. The staff was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The rooms were very comfortable and quite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

A good hotel which we’ve stayed at a few times as it’s a convenient location for us. It’s away from the hustle and bustle therefore it’s nice and quiet, if you’ve been to Nairobi before you know how noisy it can be in certain places. The rooms are a good size for the price and beds are comfortable. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay but it’s not a ‘holiday’ hotel and amenities like pool and spa are there however it’s more oriented towards a business hotel than a leisure one. If you want to relax and spend time in the hotel for most of the day(s) then it maybe worth looking at other options however they are much more expensive than this one. For the price, it certainly does the job if you want a very comfortable stay whilst you’re out exploring the city and country.

The poor was heated which was nice. The water quality was poor (yellow from the taps) and when some of the fittings were first turned on the water gave off a very bad odour. Possible stagnation or legionella issue.

Pool and exercise room need maintenance

Stay was good, food and service was good. Only problem is that if you want to swim ( pool was out) and workout … machines have to be fixed .., and maintained…. We stayed for 5 days but no one fixed the pool . We were looking for swimming but very disappointed….

Room was clean. Staff was Friendly and helpful - we left the big luggage with them for the safari.. AC needed a restart to cool the Room down but Next day it showed the error again. Breakfast was good. They change some days with ham and salmon. You have a Station for Omelett and some Fried africano Special food.
