That level of attentiveness made all the difference. I also want to acknowledge the Security Guards, whose dedication and hard work ensured that we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Your presence gave us great peace of mind. To the Housekeeping team, especially Miss Eko, thank you for keeping our room 0617 so clean and comfortable. Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The Events team on Level 3 deserves a special mention as well. The door hang activity was such a meaningful and creative experience — suitable for all ages, and it added a unique touch to our stay. We truly enjoyed participating. We were also thoroughly impressed by the Buffet team and the Chefs, who prepared delicious special set meals with so much care and flavor. Every meal was a delight. Last but not least, a big thank you to the Onsen staff (Auntie) at the public common area. She patiently taught me how to use the Onsen and kindly guided me on what to look out for — I truly appreciated their warmth and thoughtfulness.In short, we have no regrets choosing this hotel. "

"Right in front of the Luodong train station. Convenient for the bus terminal as well. Minimal amenities in the room! No luggage rack. Asked for a couple of stools instead. Bedside table is a tiny round table just big enough for the telephone. Had to throw the phone under the bed to create room for our stuff! Otherwise the room was fine."

" The room was way smaller than expected. We paid an extra NT2,000 for a sea view room, but the windows were very dirty, which was very disappointing. When taking photos, the dirt on the glass showed up in every picture, which really affected the experience. The toilet also had a noticeable urine smell when we first opened the door. Overall, the room did not feel worth the price because of the small space, dirty windows, and the bathroom cleanliness. However, the paid breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of food and most of it tasted great. The free 2-hour bike rental is also a nice bonus for tourists who want to explore the nearby neighborhood and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful."
