"Great hotel, walkable to all of downtown yountville. Staff was extremely friendly. The only downside was the guests above us were noisy and the plantation shutters don’t allow the room to get completely dark."

I loved the little glasses in the bathroom to rinse after brushing one's teeth,the makeup remover wipes,nice toiletries,the bed very comfortable; I noticed also that there was a soft pillow and another more firm pillow to accommodate different preferences i guess,the room was immaculate. "The room was clean, and the staff was nice, but I was stuffed in a dark back corner of the hotel. There's only parking for about half the rooms, and I was forced to park three blocks from the hotel. Best thing about the property is the location."

"We had a wonderful stay at Andaz. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always helpful. The live music in the evening created a great atmosphere, and the location is absolutely unbeatable. The only downside was that the bathroom felt outdated and could use a renovation. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."

"Stayed in room 129…very old, bathroom knob wasn’t working (would’ve close/lock). Shower floor had black scuffs, shower tiles looks filthy. Maintenance were working on the rooms next to us (on each side) at around 0800…had to tell them that people are sleeping. Glad we only had to stay one night -"

"The restaurant is ridiculously overpriced. Tne inn is nice and as expected. I don’t think I’ll stay there again. This was my fourth stay in the last couple of years."
