The staff person on duty was learning a new computer system and check in took 25 minutes. We ended up getting charged twice for the room and the incidental charge was on our card 4 times. "The staff was friendly and helpful when possible. The location was convenient. Problems: 1. No outlets or UBS ports near the bed. 2. 1 outlet and no UBS ports on the desk. 3. No safety grab bar in the shower. 4. Hot water temp. in the shower varies. 5. The only ice machine went out of order on 2nd day. 6. No elevator to the 2nd floor. 7. "We are not casino people at all, but we needed a last minute place to stay in the area. We were impressed with the size, quality, and cleanliness of the room. The pool was nice as well with an adults only pool and a family pool. Room check in was smooth. We will come back for sure."

"Great weekend stay. Staff was a highlight. Hiking trails out the back were a low light, but great hiking minutes away. Very clean, quiet, and the Mountain Brauhaus restaurant across the street was killer for some traditional German food. If I could change one thing, it would be to add some parking closer to the entrance for loading and unloading."
