"Overall, I had a good experience and everything was great during my stay. The only issue I had was with the airport shuttle. Since I had just arrived at the airport, I had difficulty contacting the hotel because my phone calls were not going through. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clear instructions on where and how to find the airport shuttle upon arrival, especially for guests checking in at any time of day or night. Having 24-hour shuttle pickup instructions available would make the arrival process much easier for guests. Other than that, everything was good and I enjoyed my stay."
