Room was very clean and spacious. Plenty of parking

Great location for stay in Naperville and for visiting Chicago on train.

We had a great one night stay. Lovely comfortable bed and amazing pillows. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was delicious. There was a nice gym on site even though we didn't use it, we went in a wished we had packed out gym clothes.

It was a pleasant hotel and friendly staff

great clean and very quiet hotel pleasant and comfortable common area All staff were immensely friendly and helpful extra special thank you to Aaron who went above and beyond to help with onward travel arrangements

Hotel staff were really pleasant and helpful, managed to find Premier LEague football match for me in the bar which was ideal. Rooms clean, recently re-furbed I think. Only downside is the breakfast is served from a cafe/bar area so not fresh cooked breakfasts. Just heated up toasties/sandwiches, or continental style food. Edible for a couple of days but not for a week. Shuttle bus also handy to take you to local places.

I had an excellent stay here. The staff we very attentive and room was ideal.

The team were courteous and nice

Comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast is great too.

A little bit dated and the carpet hadn’t been hoovered. Couldn’t get the tv to work, but that was no big deal for me. There was a power cut when i arrived, but the staff did the best they could to get me in my room in the circumstances.

A reasonable price for a quiet comfortable room and a decent breakfast. Wouldn't expect more for the price paid.

It was ok

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were large and comfortable. The breakfast choices were good and plentiful. Having the use of the pool was a lovely addition. It was well placed to access Naperville and not too far from Chicago itself. We would stay again!

Pleasant stay. Room clean. Bed very comfortable. Decor a little tired in places but cannot complain given the price.

The staffing was nice and friendly

The bed was large and comfortable and the AC worked great, that's all I needed

Excellent location

Good hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms, decent breakfast with good hot food selection included. Next to railway station for trains to downtown Chicago. Restaurant/Brewhouse next door to hotel but not open every night. Other places available nearby, 5 minute walk to Hollywood Casino.
