Great B&B in excellent location

We found Soriano 44 a great place to stay when visiting Naples for a long weekend. Alba was so helpful, she gave us some excellent advice on Naples attractions and kindly arranged our travel back to the airport at the end of our stay. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, served up on the terrace, a good choice of fresh pastries, bread, cereals and yogurt. Naples is such an interesting, hectic and friendly city and the B&B location is just superb, away from the bustle and noise but within easy walking distance of the metro station, archeological museum, Piazza Bellini and Via Toledo. We loved the collection of antiques in Soriano 44, it is such an interesting addition and felt like staying at someone's home.

Comfortable, Central and Well Priced

BB Soriano is a quint and really nice place to stay. The location is excellent and close to everything and for Naples it was a real joy. I would stay here again for the price without a doubt!

Bella Napoli !!

The B&B is central for everything you want and is on the top floor of the building. There is a lift that takes 10 cents every journey. There is a lovely sun terrace where you have breakfast. This is also a lovely spot to sit on an evening. Alba who helps run the B&B speaks English and is very helpful. This was our third visit . We will be going again next year.

Great stay

overall, it was a great stay. good service and lovely breakfast. there is a tiny elevator to take you up to the fourth floor but you must pay for the elevator. the hotel is also located on a small pedestrian street that can be difficult to find. check in is at noon not 8 am.

Friendly B&B, wonderful staff, great location

This is not a hotel. It is a small B&B just off of the old city. They have rooms of varying size and comfort. Breakfast on the rooftop is wonderful, or bring your own bottle for a quote evening after exploring the old town. This is a great location for those who want to go out and explore what the city has to offer, but not for those who want to enjoy luxury in the room.

un séjour chez un couple très gentil

nous avons passé un moment agréable même si au début nous paraissions déçus par l'aspect vieillot et surtout par le vieil ascenseur.Mais la gentillesse de nos hôtes et surtout l'emplacement exceptionnel nous ont fait rester.

Terrasse très agréable au calme de l agitation de la ville. Lit très confortable mais chambre sombre.petit déjeuner correct.bon accueil. Bien garder au fond de sa poche des pièces de 10 centimes à insérer dans l ascenseur car après des journées de marche l ascenseur est nécessaire.

THE HEART OF NAPLES.

Lovely B&B on the top floor of an apartment block for which there is a small lift. Every time you use the lift you have to put 10 cents in a box inside the lift for it to work. Lovely roof terrace were you have your breakfast or chill out on a night. Plenty of hot water in your room and our room had a balcony looking onto the street below. There is a supermarket at the end of the street were you can get anything you want, eg: bottled water, wine, fruit etc. You are near everything to see including Piazza Danti, Piazza Bellini and the Metro. When you leave your host will get you a taxi to the airport if need be. 10 out 10 for our stay at the Soriano 44.

nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement. l'hotel était situé dans le centre historique de Naples. le service et le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse étaient de qualité. toutefois il est à regretter l'absence d'insonorisation de la chambre, qui donnait sur la rue. enfin le taxi commandé par l'hotel pour nous reconduire à l'aeroport n'est jamais venu.

Hangulatos szállás (kicsit "rom" B&B hangulatú jó értelemben), igazi nápolyi környéken. A történelmi városközpont összes látnivalója könnyen elérhető, metró közel, az "utca" viszonylag csendes (nápolyi léptékkel), a lépcsőház kulturált. A szállás helyiségeinek elosztása kalandos, érdekes túra volt minden nap a szobánk ajtajától a lépcsőházi ajtóig eljutni kisebb nagyobb teraszokon, lépcsőkön és gyönyörűen berendezett előszobákon keresztül. A szobánk tiszta volt, imádtunk az erkélyről nézelődni és minden nap élmény volt a tetőn reggelizni (ahol napozóágy és zuhany is van). Külön előny a szállás vendégek számára is használható konyhája. Nem tetszett a kicsit egyhangú reggeli (nincs svédasztal, mindennap u.a. a sonkássajtos szenya, meg két fajta croissant, némi lekvár, vaj, joghurt), a 10 centtel működő lift (nem is az ár, hanem mindig kellett figyelni, hogy maradjon 10 centesünk az esti hullafáradt hazaérkezésre) és a kicsit büdös klímaberendezés a szobában.

Charged lift, no air-con and insect sharing food

This is the first time I went to a hotel with a lift that charge. We have to put a €0.1 in the machine every time we use the lift. I booked this hotel because they have air-conditioner. During summertime Italy is really hot. And when I arrive I found out there is an air-conditioner without remote control and a fan. Also there is breakfast provided. Every morning the host will prepare the breakfast at the roof and wait for us to join. But there were ants and mosquitos sharing our food. And it is lucky for me to encounter a black out during my stay at midnight.

Fantastico, a 5 minuti dalla metro "DANTE" nel centro storico di Napoli, via dei Tribunali praticamente di fronte. Camera matrimoniale pulita con bagno e soppalco con letto singolo per ns. figlia. Colazione sul terrazzo ottima con brioche, panini al prosciutto, succhi, yogurt ecc.. un grazie a Gabriele, giovane e disponibilissimo con tutti gli ospiti. ps. i 10 cent. per la salita con l'ascensore ne valgono la pena visto che è al 4 piano.

How B&B should be !!

We are so impressed , very good money value ! very friendly welcoming and hospitality, the room is spacious and very clearn, same as the bathroom. the terrace is beautifull and well furnished . The breakfast was good too with orange juice, sandwish and coroissant and other basic staff like jam honey .. etc , we also had a good warm cappuchino. Gabriel was so friendly and in general everything was super.. VERY RECOMMENDED !

Nice b&b in centre of historical Naples.

convenient for shopping, sightseeing, clean little b&b, decent fresh breakfast, very friendly and homely place. Room can do with stylish makeover, maybe little dated decor, ( we might have been spoilt by super hotel in Sorrento) but overall great base to explore Napoli on foot.
