Three Things That We Liked About This Place:
1- The view from the hotel was super beautiful, mind blowing and relaxing in which it was facing the beach and the hilly landscape that was gorgeous & fantastic.
2- The helpfulness of the front desk especially Paola & Vincenzo was beyond expectation and left us without words to describe how we felt. Their customer service skills were excellent & above and beyond. Their warmth and welcoming made us feel like we were at home. Simply we can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us.
3- The restaurant was amazing. Very delicious food that is made with love, perfection and passion. In our opinion their restaurant layout and food quality were the same as fine dining restaurants in Naples, Italy. Very professional restaurant staff and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking.
Attention To The Following Two Points:
1- The hotel is located up hill from the city and it has NO public transportation to it so either you take the taxi by calling the taxi company/order a taxi from the hotel or you rent a car which is the best option. We thank the hotel for mentioning this in advance before booking.
2- There are many events happening at the restaurant like weddings/engagement/birthday/graduation parties…..etc and it gets loud there most of the time.
A positive experience for us especially with the front desk staff that we were super impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness and warmth.
