I loved the screened porch. It wasn’t cleaned well and it needs a new bed but I bought a mattress topper and it helped. Good location and felt safe.

No you could not see the ocean our room was outdated dirty couch ! Pool was nice we checked out a day early! They changed our room to an other one said they had a water leek in our room we went somewhere else very disappointed

Delightful location for visiting beach and having lunch at next door Sunset Grill right on the beach. However unit is old, tired with many things broken. Roxanne at checkin was wonderful and helped get internet working and a few other items.

The floors were grimy, the couch was stained, the toilet had dirt and hair on it, there were no bed pillows for the sleeper couch. We stayed one night and spent the other 3 nights somewhere else. The listing does not make it clear that this is not a hotel: the reception area is only staffed for limited hours. The only way to reach the staff is by texting a phone number. I was promised a refund for the nights we didn't use and haven't heard from them in more than a week.

I wish I’d read the other reviews first, but I went with the price & location, so buyer beware. The unit was overall clean but musty-smelling and very dated: tiny kitchen countertop, electric coil stovetop with cruddy burner pans, dirty oven, coffee maker with cruddy burner plate, fridge light didn’t work, microwave oven was weak, sofa was uncomfortable, shower head corroded, toilet runs for a full 4 minutes after flushing, cheap squeaky bed, no hangers or hooks to hang anything up, dresser drawers were too funky for us to put our clothes in, wi-if crapped out twice & needed re-booting, TV has basic cable but no streaming availability. 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes, 3 beach towels & minimal toiletries were provided in the unit. Laundry is coin-op and not in the unit. We never bothered with the pool, so I can’t comment about that. Beach access was convenient & easy. Staff was great as were check-in & check-out.

This is the worst experience we have ever had with lodging. Two weeks before our anticipated arrival, I received a phone call from the property telling me they were overbooked and *might* have to cancel my reservation- they said they would call me back within the hour to let me know for sure. They never called back. I called a few days later to confirm, as I already paid for our stay, and was told they were still overbooked but I would have a room. A week before our stay, they called again to ask me what days I would be there for my stay. The day of check in, we arrived from out of town and went directly to the office to ensure we had a room. Our room was not ready for check in but I was given the key, and told I would able to check in at 4pm. We went to the beach & could finally relax knowing we had a place to stay! We went to our room at 4pm and unlocked the door with the key we were given and imagine our surprise when another guest opened the door! They were given the same key. And apparently the same thing happened to them. I went to the front office, which was then closed- but thankfully there was still someone around who unlocked the door. She acted all confused and asked me to wait in the lobby while she made some phone calls. She came out and gave me a key to another unit. No apologies made. Absolutely ridiculous!

Staff was great. Location and pool excellent. The unit was nice but could use a handyman for a day of little fixes.

No there was no ocean visibility. The whole condo needs upgrading and TLC. Cushions on couch are dirty. Dust under bed, around toilet and all floors needed mopping, light fixture over sink was non functioning, many light switches were damaged or not workable, cabinets are damaged, only 1 chair for beach and it was terrible, no washer/dryer and a gap from bottom of door to floor is about 3/4 inch. Much more need there than benefit. We left a whole day early just because it was not fun. Please update; the location is very nice.

The apartment was not clean the floor, the furniture is neglected, we spend heat at night, the acceptable bath although the shower can be modernized, the TV could never see it (the command must be more acequible or at least bring a review of how to handle it), in the room to sleep a huge heat, in general I would not rent again, and I do not recommend that they do not fix it so that the family that comes to have a holiday.

La limpieza no es muy buena en las habitaciones, por algunos detallitos por ejemplo la almohada tenía pelo, el baño si muy limpio pero no tenía papel higiénico. Por lo demás muy bien muy espacioso y tranquilo.

Stay anywhere else...literally. I had low expectations for this place, especially since I booked a non-updated room. I expected old coming into the property. Cons: To start, I arrived to check in at 4pm on a Friday. As stated in the check in instructions to arrive between 3-6pm. There was no one on the premises AT ALL. I had to call the emergency number where a lady told me my room and that the keys were under the mat. Ok... Upon inspection/ first walking into the room, it was dirty. The floors were dirty, hair everywhere. The toilet had urine around the rim and on the floor around the seat. The couch was stained (with removable cushion covers that couldve easily been washed). We were left in a linen closet: 3 bath towels, 2 small washcloths. There was no linen or towel or rug for anywhere on the property, nor hand towels to use after washing your hands. A closet contained a swiffer (with no pads) and a broom (without a dustpan). This is what I used to clean the floors upon arrival with paper towels. There is internet but it does not work. I contacted staff about this through the "emergency line" mainly due to us not having cell signal in the hotel. This was never addressed. Coffee maker in kitchen was disgusting. Microwave worked when it felt like. The pullout sofabed was left bare and wdid not get bedding for it until the 2nd day of our stay after again having to try multiple times to reach the emergency line. Like it was close to beach. Didn’t like furniture was very old kitchen Atlantic miles of delays on that app you were hitting the wood through the cushion. The bed mattress, your butt sunk before the rest of you and I don’t weigh that much. I had to sleep upside down in the bed with a pillow Between my legs very uncomfortable. Had a very moldy smell. Wanted to play shuffleboard, but there was no shuffleboard equipment.. refrigerator it was dirty on the bottom and frozen
