Felt like family! The rooms and decorations are fun. Actual ac or heat in each room. Some hotels in area only have heat in winter and ac in Summer. You know it’s a family ran place. The bothers kept feeding us their mamas items at breakfast. I would support this family. The only negative is arriving and not knowing how to enter or protocol. I will return but advise them to send and email on how to arrive.

The bedroom was huge and nicely decorated. The breakfast was great (lots of choice and homemade cakes) and the staff (owner?) on the day I checked out was really lovely and accommodating (kindly allowed me an extra 30 minutes). However, unfortunately the bathroom absolutely stank of drains/damp and the smell was so bad that it made me physically gag when I had enter. There is no ventilation in there. I had to keep the door closed so it didn't spread to the bedroom and rush in/out as quickly as possible.

My kids (adults) and I have been traveling for a month in Europe. We have had good luck with good hotels but Napoli Tree was the absolute best! Great communication, the location is perfect! I would give them 100 stars if possible! AND kudos to whoever did the interior design! It is beautiful.

Os dois gerentes são muito atenciosos e prestativos Um deles prepara ótimas tortas! Deixamos as malas lá após o check out para passar uma noite em Capri, e pegamos dia seguinte numa boa! The staff are truly amazing here and very friendly. We felt incredibly welcome from check in to check out. The entrance was a bit hard to find but the room was massive, clean, and beautiful! After 7 days exploring Amalfi coast we just wanted a comfy bed for a night before heading to the airport and we are so glad we chose this property. The bed was PERFECT, the most comfortable of our entire trip. Thank you!

It was a beautiful and unique place. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect with many restaurants and the Gulf of Naples within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing! I would definitely recommend and return there if I come back to Naples.

This is a charming bed and breakfast “inn” in an old palazzo. It is clean, very well run and has a lift, so no issue getting bags up to the floor. The most important element is the breakfast. We normally dont eat breakfast but could not refuse the entirely homemade goodies on offer in the morning. There is an honorable pride present as the family members share the details of all the items available. It is an absolute treasure! The other really nice element is the fact that the “kitchen” is available for all guests to serve themselves a coffee or tea anytime during their stay. The location is excellent near the waterfront; safe, and very pleasant for a promenade. Also a great variety of excellent restaurants. I would highly recommend!

Everything was amazing at Napoli Tree. The staff were all extremely helpful and nice, the room was huge, clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was unreal. Homemade traditional cakes, pies and pastries from Napoli. Yogurt, boiled eggs, toast, quiche, etc as well. The location was perfect and safe. Down by the water. Very walkable to high end shopping and loads of restaurants. I would highly recommend

An amazing place to stay in naples. Right by the ocean. The only issue was the metro station in chiaia was underconstruction most of the time (and has been for quiet some time) so had to walk 30/40 min to the city centre. Other that the most beautiful place to stay

Charming bed & breakfast in the Lungomare area with a number of waterfront restaurants just a block away with gorgeous views of Naples bay. The staff at B & B were very accommodating, our family room was spacious, modern, well appointed with mini kitchenette & dining table with excellent AC unit. Plenty of food variety at breakfast. Highly recommend.

Location was great and hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. However, it did not totally match my expectations. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard, decoration was old and dirty and the bathroom needed a deep clean especially in the shower. It is okay if you are spending a night and want to be in a good location with access to seaside and water front restaurants.

Perfect Location & Incredible Hospitality

We only spent one night at this lovely BnB in Naples before catching a flight, but it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The location couldn’t have been better, just steps away from Castel dell’Ovo and the waterfront, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and gelato shops. We truly couldn’t have chosen a better spot. Marco was an exceptional host who made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. He shared great local dining recommendations and made sure we were comfortable throughout our short stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and even had its own large private terrace, a feature that would’ve definitely been a highlight if we had stayed longer! Breakfast in the morning was another standout, plenty of variety and delicious homemade cakes that made for a perfect start to the day. The only thing to be aware of is that getting luggage upstairs can be a bit tricky with the stairs and elevator, but Marco and his team were incredibly helpful and even assisted us with carrying our bags down when it was time to leave. We would absolutely stay here again and strongly recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a charming, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Naples.

This was by far the neatest place that we stayed on our tour of Rome, Amalfi, and Naples. Loved the decor and the kindness of the staff. The first impression with the entry had me nervous, the small elevator (that may/may not require a .10 Euro) to access the third floor- see photo. But once we entered the area .... such beauty and class. This was the most comfortable place during our 9 day Italy stay, I am in awe of the attentive care by staff, and the location, to be just a building away from the water was awesome. I highly recommend Napoli Tree and would definitely stay if I would return to this area.
