Clean, Bright and Excellent Location

It's near to the Toledo metro station, so the location is very good. The room is clean and bright. But at night it's a bit of noisy because too many young people have party in the lounge. Besides this, i feel It's a nice try. Generally, It's good and you will know some friends. I already met a very good friend in this hostel.

Surprising discovery and great stay

Staying in an 8-bed female dormitory, we had 2 private bathrooms with hairdryers, lockers (locks available at reception for 4€), bedding and towels included. In the corridor, a nice cosy area with sofa and chairs, library to let and take books, and an amazing furnished kitchen with fruits, hardboiled eggs, different types of pasta and coffee at disposal, for free. On another floor, the reception and its friendly personal allows access to a nice bar area, with billard, daily activities (live music, pizza night, etc) and an outside large terrace. Also a water fountain, coffee, fruits and pastries available for ho(s)tel guests for free ! Thanks for everything !

I have the double room booked. It felt like a really cool hotel room but with incredible amenities. The staff was as always engaging with the guests, pasta night, beer pong etc ... It was cool that there was someone there 24hrs a day and there is a kitchen downstairs also open 24hrs that was stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables and pasta which is completely complimentary...that's correct it's complimentary. I'm generally not a hostel type person BUT this is one place in Naples you got to stay The staff really make you feel at home. The bar downstairs is incredibly reasonably priced and bartenders that can actually make REALLY good cocktails. The area is convenient, very close to a grocery store and shopping district. You must stay here don't look anywhere else!!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it

I had a great time at this hostel! It’s a fantastic place to meet people, regardless of your age or nationality. The bar and outdoor area are perfect for socializing. During my stay on Friday and Saturday, there was a DJ one night and karaoke on another, which made for a fun atmosphere. I stayed in a 4-bed female room, and it was decent. However, the showers and toilets, which are separate from the rooms, could use some improvement. It would also be great to have shower gel available in the showers, as there wasn’t any. One suggestion I have is to simplify access to the facilities. Instead of key codes or app access, having a physical pass would be more convenient. It’s a bit much to always have to take your phone with you, especially when going to the bathroom.

Pros: Good location, nice facilities, nice atmosphere, a lot of working space, free coffee all day long. Cons: The bed mattress is bad, not just in one bed, couldn't sleep. All coffee drinking cups are very dirty. Unfortunately Expedia doesn't present clearly that the price doesn't include city tax, and that additional payment will be charged when arriving to the hostel. It is misleading.

Grazie Ostello!

This was probably one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a LOT! Why? The staff- above and beyond, super helpful and friendly, the rooms, clean, spacious, safe! The facilities - this hostel has a kitchen fully stocked with food for you to use and cook with for FREE! Awesome roof terrace with bar and other large social areas! Location is good - 20/25 min walk to Garibaldi station - 15 min walk to the marina ! Can’t fault my stay at all and would stay again without hesitation!

Aaaaaawesome place!

This place was wonderful! I stayed three nights and could honestly stay longer. Events happening in the evening, friendly staff, if you don’t have anything they got practically everything for you to borrow or rent. Had an amazing time and I will be happy to visit Ostello Bello in any of their locations thanks to this experience.

The facilities - this hostel has a kitchen fully stocked with food for you to use and cook with for free! Awesome roof terrace with bar and other large social areas! Location is good - 20/25 min walk to Garibaldi station - 15 min walk to the marina ! Can’t fault my stay at all and would stay again without hesitation!

first time staying at a hostel, didn’t know what to expect. Ostello Bello is WONDERFUL!! completely surprised me. rooms are spacious and tidy, easy to relax in. book exchange, jam sessions, karaoke and a terrace bar are just a few of the awesome amenities i can name off the top of my head. a 2 minute walk from the spanish quarters and toledo station, and walking distance from spaccanapoli. staff are super friendly and love to help out. Lockers under the beds are huge (i fit my carry on AND an instrument case in there, with space left) bring a lock if you wanna feel extra secure, but i was never worried. other guests were super chill too. highly, HIGHLY recommend Ostello Bello Napoli

Hostel com ótima localização, quartos limpos, fácil acesso a vários pontos turístico caminhando. Atendimento excelente, fácil acesso ao hostel, sem necessitar de chave física, mediante bluetooth.

Perfeito! Localização top, da para fazer quase tudo a pé, limpeza perfeita, atendimento excelente (vale ressaltar o atendimento do Rafael, brasileiro, que foi extremamente solicito e ajudou com tudo desde a minha chegada até o último dia!). A cozinha é top e eles deixam várias frutas e biscoitos para os hóspedes se servirem. O ambiente como um todo é muito bonito. Voltaria com certeza! Nota 10.
