The meals were truly exceptional and among the most special dining experiences we had during our trip. The hotel is located in a charming little town that feels almost as if it were taken straight out of a movie. The atmosphere, surroundings, and attention to detail made our stay feel very special. "A lovely hotel with nice decor. Ozuwa (apologies if I spelt her name wrong) was very very kind, welcoming and helpful in our check in process. She was amazing. Fantastic extras include a welcome drink, and the option of Ramen or ice cream between 8 and 10 PM. A memorable addition to the hotel stay!"

"From the very start to the very finish of our stay, my family and I felt so very welcomed. The hotel was extremely clean and orderly. This particular hotel is very cozy. The onsen bath/ ofuro was extremely relaxing, clean, and refreshing. The staff are above and beyond professional and extremely courteous. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel after a long day of hiking and sightseeing."

"Our experience with this hotel was overall good! Staff was kind and friendly, facilities were a little dated and the lighting inside the room needs updating, pure white light is not the most pleasant, however the traditional Japanese bedroom experience was very cool! Breakfast was also awesome! That alone made this experience super cool!"
