"We stayed here for two non-consecutive nights, first after a full day at DisneySea. The location is very convenient for Disney; 3 subway stops (~15 min). Shiomi Station is across the street (a 2 min walk). Exploring other parts of Tokyo requires a line transfer, which isn’t ideal with tired kids, but still manageable. For example, we opted for Ginza instead of Shibuya on our last night due to the shorter commute. Check-in was excellent. The staff were warm and welcoming, the lobby is spacious, amenities are freely available, and having a FamilyMart attached to the hotel was extremely convenient. We stayed in a family room with four twin beds, and there was still enough space for two large suitcases. The only downside was the lack of drawer space. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. What truly stood out was the staff’s exceptional service. We had forwarded our luggage from a previous hotel using Airporter. The hotel confirmed they could receive our prepaid luggage, and they were incredibly responsive to all my questions via Expedia’s chat. When my daughter lost her backpack at Tokyo Skytree, a front desk staff member kindly called lost and found on our behalf, translated for us, confirmed the bag was found, and even asked about shipping options since we were leaving for Kyoto the next morning. They stored our luggage while we were in Kyoto. They also made disposing of our damaged luggage incredibly easy & no fees. I highly recommend!"

"Great hotel in a prime location, especially for families with kids. Very convenient for going to Tokyo Disneyland / DisneySea — the hotel provides a free shuttle bus (remember to book very early). If you miss the booking, you can easily take the bus from Kinshicho Eki Stop, Tokyo Skytree Town ~ TDR bus to Tokyo Disneyland or Disneysea for around ¥1000, which I actually prefer as it’s more comfortable than the crowded trains and you’re guaranteed a seat. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel, including McDonald’s, Burger King, and plenty of convenience stores like 7-Eleven, Lawson, and FamilyMart. There’s also a shopping mall nearby with UNIQLO, GU, Daiso, and more. There is also the coin laundry nearby, which is very convenient for longer stays. It has a coin-exchange machine and even a shoe-washing machine, which is quite helpful. Tip: Don’t forget to request a Tokyo Skytree view room — the view is worth it!"

"I love this hotel for its near distance to the metro station, convenience stores and the skytree town. There were also plenty of shops on the street to explore. As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. There were always empty toilets and bathrooms even though they were shared. There was a LUUP bike station just outside the hotel for a fun ride."

"Hotel room; Easier place to stay with children. Clean. Enough space in the rooms with plenty of seats apart from the beds. Spacious shower/bath room. Easy to fill the tub in about a minute for kids. Japanese toilet tucked in a different room. Ammenities; They have everything you want, soap, shampool, toothbrush and more. They supplied slippers for all sizes. Hotel staff; Very helpful, they are there to help you with anything you need. Easy to get information. Disney; One bus ride away from Disney Sea and Disneyland. The bus ride is about 15-20 minutes with 2 stops. Can be hectic as the buses fill up fast during rush hours. Early entrance into Tokyo Disneyland is very convenient, but still recommend showing up early as you need to go through security and wait until the park opens. "
