"Richmond Hotel Narita is very conveniently located near Keisei-Narita Station, making it easy to get around. The laundry room was a great amenity and reasonably priced, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the summer.
The lobby also offers a complimentary coffee machine, umbrellas for guests to use, a currency exchange machine, and shuttle service to the airport, all of which were convenient touches.
That said, the room could use a bit of a refresh. The carpet in the entrance area wasn’t very clean, and there was some hair in the bathroom when we arrived. The front desk staff were also hit or miss when it came to acknowledging me and my family. At times they were attentive, but the level of service felt somewhat inconsistent.
Our stay was overall pleasant, with a few areas that could use some improvement. Overall, the location and amenities were definite positives. With a little more attention to room cleanliness and consistency in guest service and round trip airport shuttle service, this could be an even better stay."
