The staff is very accommodating and they go out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The first room they gave us after two days had a bit of mould forming on the wall due to the rainy humid weather and while we were out, without us saying anything or complaining at all, they took it upon themselves to switch our rooms. We had family where we would eat...

"Service könnte verbessert werden. Teilweise könnte die Motivation der Mitarbeiter, sowie auch an der Vergesslichkeit beim bestellen gearbeitet werden. Auch wenn wir das Ungleichgewicht in der Behandlung von Kunden wir vermuten, dass die schon öfters da waren besser behandelt und bevorzugt werden. Dies gilt aber nicht bei allen Mitarbeitern."
