Big storm came through town the night of our stay. Half the town was without power. Lucky the fig tree motel still had power. Have been starting at this motel for last 25 years and always they have been very welcoming. Prefer staying here on way through between Adelaide and Sydney than Wagga cause it is more relaxing.

I have stayed at this property a number of times previously and it is good value and the rooms of a reasonable standard. Unfortunately on this occasion the clean had not been completed. The toilet was dirty, and a partly used soap was still in the shower. I am sure this is an exception and we will stay again as we have always had good experiences in the past.

Clean and comfortable beds were the only positive. The bathroom needs repairs. The shower leaked and the bathroom roof was disgusting. The shower was mouldy and rusty, the curtains old and hanging off. The whole room needs a return and repaint and upgrade. The pictures fit the room I booked and the room we actually stayed in did not match. Disappointed with the condition of our room and our stay.
