"My daughter and I stayed here 3 nights for a trip to Carowinds! We frequent Carowinds, but have never stayed here before. We definitely will be back. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean. It was a bit hot at first and I do not do well in the heat, but it cooled down after a couple hours. Pool was clean. Breakfast was good. Felt very safe which has not been the case in some other hotels near the area. Also, the beds were comfortable. Just a great place to stay. "

"We did not like that the pool was closed our entire stay. We also did not like someone in the parking lot playing extremely loud music, from their SUV. We called the front desk to lodge a complaint and in just 5min. the music stopped."

"The staff was exceptional here. Two checked us is ( one was in training) that were very friendly and hospitable and efficient! The women running the breakfast was a joy ...she kept everything filled and nicely presented and clean. She greeted people as they joined, she talked so respectfully to group of teen boys ...one was taking more than his fair share of bacon ...and she respectfully reminded him others needed some, as well. She was very good at her job! The gentleman tending facilities...

"Very clean, spacious room. Comfy beds. Yes, as others stated, the pillows are small/square, but you get 4 per bed, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We were only there one night, but the area seemed very nice w lots of restaurant options. Close to Carowinds. Would stay here again. "
