The staff was a 10 out of 10 top-tier service. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. I can’t rave enough about the place. The property itself is just absolutely stunning and very clean. The food was wonderful there is no complaints. We will definitely be rebooking with sandals or beaches.

Beautiful ocean views . Excellent private island with a short boat ride although it depends on the weather. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel happy. Restaurants in the evening are excellent buffet could have more choice but everything is fresh . Airport transfer is very easy.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the area was beautiful and was a spacious property. I think the room we stayed in was apart of an older building and seemed a little outdated; our room itself was clean and comfortable; however there was often food and drinks left in the hallway or staircase for the whole day which was unpleasant to see. Advertising of the property is a little misleading truly there are only three pools (one hidden way in the back) the other small pools are attached to people’s rooms. If you want a pool chair you have to basically wake up at 6AM & claim your spot or pay for a butler to secure you a spot, I feel like that could be regulated better. The welcoming staff & hosts were very friendly & helpful but when it came to the restaurant servers or bartenders they seemed overwhelmed, never in a hurry; and at times it felt like we annoyed them by just being there. They could do with expanding their fitness area it was very small and often crowded; if that is something you enjoy doing. Overall we would consider coming back if the price is right as it really is a beautiful location.

Our room was beautiful and very comfortable! The cleaning staff did a daily clean and we had plenty of towels. Our mini fridge was stocked as we requested, and all the staff from restaurant servers to bar tenders were very friendly. Although the weather was windy and cloudy throughout or stay, we enjoyed celebrating our anniversary with our first visit to an all inclusive resort. We missed our favorite wine, Pinot Noir and favorite vodka, Grey Goose, but made due with what was offered. The food was good, and definitely excellent at Butches Chop House and Le Plume. We lost enjoyed the sushi bar our first night.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could ever want. The food in the restaurants was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed the different dining experiences. Le Plume & Gordon’s on the pier were standout favourites. Staff were friendly and the small private island was incredible. Our only criticism is that the drinks (alcoholic) were made so strong they were undrinkable. For such a beautiful place, with such quality food and resort life this did let it down a little.

Food is not very good and made my wife and a handful of others on our trip very sick. The staff seems unmotivated and sometimes unfriendly but Tevin Kevin and Willis were the real highlights on our trip! Great guys and great service with them. The hotel itself is okay, rooms were spacious but could be kept better. Gym was great with a great view. Overall I don’t think it’s quite worth the price but with some small adjustments could be the 5 star hotel they claim to be!
