Most of the staff were friendly but some I found were a little rude and felt we were inconvenient for them the lift took ages so we always took the stairs. Bar staff were very friendly. "This property is not in the hotel… it’s an apartment, next to the hotel…. But… it’s superb location, right next to slopes, hot shower and warm room. All you need! No cooker, only hob and microwave. Location is amazing and pretty tidy. Would definitely go again with family. (2 adults 2 children). "
