Great place for a family.

Great place for a family - slept the five of us comfortably with one double bed, two twins in a loft, and a foldout-couch - and well located in town a short walk to most anywhere. Difficult for us to find as our GPS couldn't find the road for some reason, but hopefully that wouldn't happen to others. Wifi worked well, and they have parking (very helpful as hard to arrange otherwise in town). Owners live next door and were friendly and helpful. Only real complaint was a bit loud at night as very close to the one big road.

Incredible views from a perfect loft apartment

My husband and I were absolutely wowed by the lake views from Cumbres Apart. All essentials provided, and with the kitchenette we were able to cook ourselves an lovely dinner to enjoy while watching the sunset. Would highly recommend this place!

The view from the loft was amazing, but, the stairs are terrible. We had to carry our luggage up in these horrible stairs!!

Modern stylish living

Good location, clean, stylish, modern living with all you need to cook and live. Friendly hosts live next door and are there if needed. The only way to improve this apartment is to add more curtains as the sun rises at 5am in the summer!!

Very basic place to stay in Puerto Natales

This place has beautiful views from the upper level and a good location near the Main Street. The place seems a bit hostel-like geared for young hikers. The apartment is rather spartan with dated sofa and very basic furniture in the sitting room downstairs. Bathroom has no place to hang clothes or set toiletries. Several windows didn’t have any curtains (tough when sun rises at 5 am, sets around 10:30 pm). Beds are soft and presumably past their device date. If going through the town again, I will be hard pressed to stay here again.

Best view ever!

Comfortable, checked us in quickly, small town warmth with pretty modern loft type apartment near downtown. Safe parking, everything in great condition. Will return.
